Simple to deal with, always up-front and honest. We really liked the no-nonsense selling approach - a set price was used, rather than a vague 'price guide'. Matthew was knowledgeable about the property and was always available for us when questions arose. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were trying to escape the lockdown in Sydney and purchase in the Rosedale area. Carlene was excellent as we negotiated delays and restrictions trying to arrange work transfers, schools and constant quarantine issues. I found Carlene so open an honest. As it turns out, we ended up being offered jobs on the North Coast so it all worked out well. I’m writing this review because after going through the same process in Lake Cathai and having a direct comparison with agents. We both believe Carlene to be excellent and very genuine.

Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the (often difficult) process of buying a property incredibly easy. Bill is an exceptional agent who is professional through and through. He is knowledgeable about the local market, accommodating, prompt and a great communicator.
