Worst people ever, still waiting for my refund 3 month after. So for the story we try to book a property for 4 days after Christmas in September put a deposit of over $200 bucks. They called us in November to tell us that property was only available to booked for a week offered us a eefund. We are January and we still wit for the refund. That is such a dodgy move. Really not recommend those people to any one. No surprise they changed their name recently.

Never had this happen before absolutely terrible. the wife and i wanted to sell our beloved home only to get trampled on by a lady..... who works there . we were spoken down too like we were garbage never again. thanks michelle. i hope to god other people dont have to deal with you also why do you need your family to give you good lie reviews there's simply no reason for it try to be nice maybe you will get real ++ reviews

I was 2 weeks in advance
the empited out my place and changed my locks right on Christmas BEWARE with dealing with them, .
I am in the middle of going through fair trading ATM l, the conditions my children and I lived in were in human and because I stood up for my kids and myself l.
they treated me like a animal glad will be seeking reimbursement due to a home has to be at a certain standard and ours had smashed windows,leaking roof
