Condo 711. Deluxe, high end finishes throughout the unit. Full size fridge with no rust and premium kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig. TV / cable worked with no issues. Great mattress!

⚠️ One issue became apparent when winter storm Izzy visited P.C.B. 1-15-22 (high winds) and it was with the heavy glass at the front. The pane on the far left has a bad air leak, so the curtains billowed out into the room, and that roaring sound (wind) woke us up several times.

Called to ask about elevators working and I was told "of course, it works - we have 25 flights of stairs, how could they be not working?!" So I mentioned that it seems they constantly have the issue based on the reviews and I just want to make sure they are not having it now. She forwarded me to a dead-end line to leave a voicemail. When I tried again no one was picking up. lol definatelly not suspiciuos... Proceed with caution.

I thought this place was really nice and had great beach access but it took so long to get down to the beach due to the elevators not working very well. Everytime we left our room it took us at least 20 minutes to get down to the parking garage because the elevators were broken the whole week we stayed there. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. Check in was easy as all info was emailed to us. All information we needed was provided in the days and weeks leading to check in. My wife and I were there as I was taking part in Ironman Florida. The location of this condo was great as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Upon check in there was one very minor issue with housekeeping. I contacted the number provided and a manager came to our room quickly and remedied the issue and they went above and beyond while there. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional! Currently staying at the Aqua now. Room is ok, but cleanliness of floors was not up to par. No broom was included in the room and with sand from the beach this is a must. Furniture on the deck is broken, and the springs in the mattresses on the bunks can be felt. The kids are not able to sleep on these because it is so uncomfortable. I have contacted the number given, but no answer and nobody returned call. Location of the resort is great. Not likely to stay here again due to not being able to be accommodated.

We stayed in units 1802 and 1903. Both were 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. Wonderful views. I see lots of reviews about the elevators being down. We received information before we arrived that the elevators would be down and only 2 would be working. We expected long wait times. It did not take away from the wonderful location and views we enjoyed. Both units were recently renovated, clean, and nice. Lots of space. We spent most of our time in our room, at the beach, at the pool, or on our balcony. We grabbed food for our stay so we wouldn't have to come out much and that made it relaxing and perfect. We

The beach is amazing. Aqua hotel is in such a great location. Walking distance from anything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy peace and quite. The condo was so beautiful. It was nice and spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. It had any and everything you want or need located in the condo. The condo was so comfortable and cozy, we didn’t want to leave it. The pools were beautiful and everything about the resort was so clean. I highly recommend this resort and room #1002.

Our condo was very nice, and clean with a beautiful view. However the elevators were terrible!! There was 2 elevators to go up all 23 floors and only 1 of them worked. We have had to either wait 30 minutes or longer to get on one or they wouldn’t even work at all. 8 of us plus other people that stayed in the condominium had to walk the stairs multiple times! Our room was on the 21st floor and we had to walk them 4 times and we only stayed 3 nights! This is not worth the money or the stay.

* I will not go back until the elevators are working.* There were only two working elevators for 23 floors. It took us over an hour to get an elevator upon arrival and there weren't nearly enough carts. The entire sky bridge was a line of people waiting to get an elevator. Several other times during the trip it took an hour to get an elevator. It's my understanding it's been like that for months and they are waiting on parts to fix them.
Aside from that, our condo was lovely. The pool area was nice and I liked that I could have my own cooler. Everyone was friendly. The location

Kudos to the owner of condo #1104. The condo is spacious and well appointed. Kitchen has all the necessary accoutrements for a nice stay and the beds are comfortable. However, during our stay, management was unable to get multiple elevators to function and the wait times for the elevators was horrible. This was elevator Hell. The location of the condo is good. It is near most everything. Can't put all of the elevator negatives on management, though. Many young, single people were using the elevator when they could have used the stairs, and too many young kids pressed too many buttons and caused
