We are located on a quiet street off the highway and central to town, allowing you to enjoy all the sights and delights of Busselton. Most of the time, you don't even have to hop in your car to get there.

Rates & Availability Report

Our guests often comment how peaceful and convenient our accommodation is and this is something we work hard to maintain. For this reason, we are unable to accept School Leavers, unruly people nor guests under the age of 18 years. If you book online and you are a leaver or underage or if you are asked to leave for being a nuisance, there will be NO REFUNDS.

Despite well located and near many amenities and tourist attractions overall rating is below par. Carpet is old and soiled. Some window blinds are broken. Shower temperature can’t hold steady - periods of hot and cold.

Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious with all the comforts of home. Beds Soo comfortable. Could not fault a thing. Great location. Close to town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty sheets, nothing was cleaned, I had to clean it myself, it also had a weird smell. Kitchen was dirty, the surfaces were dirty, cutlery and dishes were dirty, I had to rewash everything and wipe it all down, the wipes were black after one wipe. I will never come back here again.

Great little units that are clean with refurbished contemporary decor and everything you need for short stay or longer. Conveniently located close to everything Busselton and Surrounds have to offer.
Serviced daily. Great reception staff and easy check=in process. Will stay here again when on business down south.

Stayed in motel room 4 and found the room to be nice and clean. The room itself appears to have been rennovated, making most of it appear nice and modern. The telltale signs of rennovation are older tiles in the bathroom, shower taps and shower head placement. Despite the older bathroom tiles, the room gives a nice welcoming feel. It is well kept, cozy and a pleasant change from other places my wife and I have stayed at. Another pleasant surprise is the room matched the pictures, to a 'T'.

Stayed in a 2 room villa, everything you could need was there, very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to beach, jetty, restaurants, shops. Very reasonably priced. If I needed to stay in Busselton again I would definitely stay there.

Fantastic location,walking distance to beach, town, restaurants & cafes. Room lovely & clean, shower water pressure great. Maybe have a tea pootowel to dry dishes.Lady at reception on check in was not very friendly. Would stay here again
