Springwood Motor Inn

My room was clean and comfortable and the price of the room was very reasonable ,the staff/owner was very helpful, if I needed any thing extra, this was no problem for them, as I have family close by I will be staying there again. Julie Turnbull

A little tired, could do with a refreshing, no breakfast available, had room 15 which had a bath which you had to stand in for a shower, not real safe for unstable people, slip hazard. Five night stay and room not serviced, very disappointed.

Had work conference here and although an urn and tea/coffee were provided, cups were not. Everyone had to order takeaway coffee so we had a cup to use. Not good. Plenty of parking because no one else was there.

Clean but very, very outdated. Feels like it was built in the 80s. Also next to a communication tower so it will throw your GPS off a little. Service is good but the actual units are terribly designed and old looking. Well overdue for renovations.

We accidentally booked the wrong night and arrived after the reception was closed. We called the guy who came back and checked us in and he was really lovely about it. Clean room, good stay.

Arrived at 7pm with no reception open. Stood in rain unable to open safe to get key for my room. Eventually received call back on how to open safe but no direction on how to even find rooms with poor lighting. No carpark in front of my room, so i had to park in front of other room. The door doesn't lock automatically when you close it, bathroom was dirty with hair on tiles. Kettle was fiddley just to get going, no cable or anything in fridge. Very poor and felt dirty would not recommend or stay again. Not shop you could walk to also

Arrived at 3pm on Saturday, reception unmanned, followed the instructions and txt number to gain access to after hours key safe. It took over 1/2 an to get a response to get the code to access the key. With the heavy rain we found out room (37) with a special water feature out the front. An overflowing gutter right in front of the door. Drenching us just walking into the room.
Room was spacious and clean, the main bed was super soft, too soft for my liking and I ended up prefering the lounge.
Woke up the next morning and went to make a coffee. Kettle base, but no kettle. Had to heat water in

Room was super clean, roomy with everything we needed. Bed was super comfy with quality bedding. The bathroom had beautiful dispensers with shaving cream, hand lotion, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. All with a lovely scent. The warm soft lights over the mirror made for a lovely ambient mood. Having our own private garden view was an added bonus. Was very quiet yet not too far from the highway. Staff were very pleasant too.

Stayed in a Queen room. Very spacious with good furnishings and fittings. Had access to a microwave as well as the standard kitchen items. Couch, dining table and chairs as well as an outdoor sitting area were good nice to haves. WiFi was solid with speed and signal strength. Very good stay.
