This is the type of place that will use opportunity to scam a kid out of every fee they can make up, taking advantage of kids who are renting for the first time and don't know any better. If you're brave enough to start a lease on this place, or when your lease is ending, bring an experienced adult with you so they can't screw you around.
Edit: apparently they also have very poor record-keeping practices as well.

It is extraordinarily awesome place. I moved in here after one of my roommates bullied me in my previous place (Genesis 1 student accommodation), and no sction was taken on it, and after coming here, it was so calming for me, the people are nice (staff and tenants), the facilities work properly (all of them), nothing is bad, it's just so awesome. I would recommend this place 100/100. the rates are really reasonable too. You can get lots of facilities here.

Love this place! The amenities here are abundant and rooms are lovely. The price is quite frankly incredible for all you get including pool, spas, gym, sauna, Turkish steam room, ping pong tables, mini golf course, tennis/soccer/basketball court, free secure parking, a cleaner coming fortnightly and any repairs needed being handled by the onsite handyman day of. The location is brilliant being so close to Garden City and bus bays. The staff have been nothing but lovely to me and from what I've seen anyone who treats the staff and their home with respect does not encounter any issues.

Uniresort more like Unihell, when i first moved into my room, there was black mold growing on the ceiling, the vents were dirty. the reception people were rude and didn't fix my mold issue which in the end i had to move out due to the health hazards in my room, i will not recommend resort to anyone even international students

I have lived at Uniresort since May 2017 and still am At uni Resort July 2018. This is great accommodation for students as when I was searching over the internet a lot of student accommodation was over $300 a week which is so expensive , especially for students and international students. To be honest , I don't want to give misguided information when I looked on the website , the photos of the rooms don't look exactly like that. When you get to your room , it doesn't have the lamps , the walls are not bright and clear and white like on the photos , some have not always got the 2bed side tables

My name is Alex, and I have been living at uni resort for 6 months.
Before arriving here, I was skeptical, due to the many negative reviews left here, but have since been pleasantly surprised.
In my time here, I have found the people and environment to be very welcoming and diverse, with people from all around the world coming together during their studies. It's a great opportunity to make many great friends.
The admins, cleaners and maintenance have all been super friendly and professional, quick to respond to queries and get them sorted.
Would definitely recommend that people stay here :

I'm so lucky i found this place! I've lived here for 6 months and it's been amazing. It's so cheap but i still get my own bathroom and access to a pool, spa, gym and a sauna but honestly nothing can beat the location. Just a short walk to garden city where I can do all my shopping then catch a quick bus to the city. This is the best student accommodation out there.

The place is nice and quiet, ideal for studying. It also has quite good accessibility to quite a wide variety of shops nearby.
The pool is more suitable for pool parties than actual swim practice, but that does not bother me too much. 200 GB a month is actually a rather fair allocation, considering that I actually needed to be downloading a lot to even go over that allocation.
As for room cleanliness, it is really down to how clean the tenants keep it, as the public areas are professionally cleaned, but personal areas such as kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms are only as clean as the tenant keeps
