Thanks to WA Assett for our recent plumbing job the replacement of a kitchen mixer tap. Matt was punctual, organised, polite, completed the job quickly and efficiently and left no mess. We did a full bathroom and kitchen renovation with WA Asset and simply can't recommend them enough. Olly and his team are very friendly, positive and definitely great in their business. All work has been delivered on time and in the best possible way. Tiling, fixtures, all small details have been fitted perfectly and exactly in the way we wanted. I want to thank everyone who was involved in our reno project for amazing work, patience ( i know, sometimes I was asking for too many things :) and outstanding final result :)

My Air-con was running 3,800 ltrs of water a day when the average is like 500. I got a whopping $741 bill. Olly really helped us out, came out and fixed it at a great price, gave guidance on how to claim back from watercorp and was an absolute legend. He even provided photo evidence of what was wrong. I have a service plan with controlair for my restaurant. They are on top of all the required maintenance and when something goes wrong (like it did last week), they get someone out to fix it fast. I’ve been using them for only a year so far so time will tell but so far I’ve been extremely pleased with every interaction I’ve had.

ControlAir Systems helped install, troubleshoot and implement a very complex hot yoga system for my company. They worked tirelessly with the engineer and builder to ensure the system was working properly and to spec. Fitting out a busy Cooking School was never going to be a simple job. But thanks to Olly and his team (notably Aaron) the job was done with good humour and willingness. I selected Controlair to replace my 15 year old air conditioning system. I received quotes from 3 vendors and they were pretty similarly priced to one vendor, and less than another. I found them to be very professional -- both when doing the pre-sales visit for the quote and when they did the work. They were on time, on schedule and everything worked out fine. I reported a minor issue with the thermometer setting after the work was complete, and they came out the next morning and leveled the thermometer so it was more accurate. Excellent service -- very happy with my selection of Control Air.

I recently called ControlAir to service my central air conditioner. When I first called I spoke with Al, who I believe might be one of the owners. He gave me some easy troubleshooting advice over the phone to see if that would help first like changing the filter. I received a phone call a couple hours after from him checking in to see if it had helped. I wasn't feeling much of a difference and he said he'd have a service guy out first thing the next morning.
