There is a stigma around the word counselling and seeking help for things that can not be physical seen. If your someone who hasn’t reached out because of this then trust me when I saw Wilhelmina is my life coach. Every great sports team or athlete has one so why shouldn’t you.

Wilhelmina is amazing to put it simply!
I have had the privelage of both readings, and holistic counselling with Wilhelmina, and as a result, I have pushed forward in leaps and bounds, living a much easier and more fulfilled life.
Wilhelmina makes the whole experience, so easy and enjoyable. Her huge level of empathy, along with humour and vast array of knowledge in all aspects of living, along with her amazing accuracy in her readings, make for and awesome experience each time I have seen her.
