A challenging, yet rewarding two year project at prestigious Jacksons Landing involving the removal and renewal of metal and faade coatings and custom balustrading. Fluid undertook a $1.6 million makeover of the club building to add some more modern features - while also ensuring it retained its historical charm.

We cover an approximate perimeter of 20 KM from Brookvale for standard works. Projects generally are completed from Bronte in the Eastern Suburbs up to Avalon in the Northern Beaches. Exceptions are made for larger works which allow us greater efficiency for longer duration works. We work very closely with consultants, engineers, strata managers & private clients alike.
Fluid Building Services is a strong believer in corporate social responsibility. As a company we believe that by supporting others, we can help to build a kinder community. Over the last twenty years, we have supported several community initiatives and charities. A cause very close to Fluid is Tour de Cure, who raise funds and awareness for Cancer research, support and prevention programs across Australia, primarily through cycling events.

Great company. But then - I would say that wouldn't I! We are an honest team of builders that work very very hard to provide you with a finish that you (and we) can stand proudly upon. Reputations are strongly fought for on the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.
