Cosmopolitan Motel & Serviced Apart

Filthy! Especially considering we are in the midst of a pandemic. Shower not cleaned with hair and soap from previous guests. Window and door tracks were full of gunk. Blinds were so dusty I wrote a message to them in it. Stale vomit on the couch. 1 glass and 1 cracked wine glass. Balcony hadn’t been cleaned in good knows how long. No offer of refund when we told them either! Yes, wdhave photo evidence of it all also.

Checked in at night after a massive days drive from cairns. Found drug utensils stashed in the room closet when I went to get a blanket out for my child. Rang the manager who was very nice and apologetic. Different room was offered but no refund or discounts offered. Room we got moved to was not much better. Stains on the benches and the aircon smelt disgusting when it was turned on. Would not recommend staying here. Rooms definitely need a good deep clean. Only positive from the whole place is the manager who we spoke to was friendly. Definitely not worth the $100 we spent.

Although it's a convenient location, $100 per night is far too expensive for the quality of the room and customer service.

Currently staying here, construction is right outside my window,. I can hear ever car pass, theres no spoons or cutlery at all! No plates or bowels etc.. paint off walls, tv is slow, reception closes early so you cant ask for a room change when night workers show up at 9pm at night.
Worst motel ive stayed in!! Im a Musician,. Ive stayed in some bad places.

The “queen size” bed was two mattresses pushed together, there were finger prints everywhere, no cutlery or plates for people if they wished to have breakfast or dinner at the motel. The blanket was just a sheet. Only good thing was the aircon and tv the shower didn’t even look clean.

The motel room had a queen and 2 singles, it was clean and just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother.
If I was going to suggest something it would be to tidy up the pool area. It doesn't look like the photos. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

Made a booking for this hotel, explained that will be arriving late and they said they will leave a key in a certain place. Arrived with no key, no way to get in, no one answered their phone, no way to contact anyone. Waste my money and time. The next day they accused me of lying about the key. Still have not received my money back. Rude and nasty staff.

Great staff clean rooms with a wonderfull pool by far the best place to stay in rock hampton

Very clean and well priced accommodation, staffed by friendly and helpful people. We always stay at The Cosmopolitan whenever we pass through Rockhampton.
