We are specialists at Swimming Pools, Internal repairs, Extensions, Renovations and Repainting and can come and quote for all building/insurance repairs, furniture removal/reinstatement, new carpets with good prices and fast turnarounds.
Built By Thomas specialises in the design and construct service, but that doesn't mean we won't quote on projects where the designs have already been confirmed. Assisting in completion of concept drawings and/or engineering and /or BA etc dependant on clients' requirements and pre-existing work done.

Rear extension to an 80's built brick veneer, roof extension, merbau decking and stainless wire balustrade. 50% out of ground concrete swimming pool, on a hill, in Edenbrook Estate, Seveteen Mile Rocks in Brisbane. Interior renovation to building, completed with polished hardwood flooring and using premium Dulux paints.

Thomas came to our property to provide a quote for defective building work. We had our bat wind doors installed at the front verandah. All consultation was done very smoothly and professionally with Thomas initially and then with Brendan. Booked Thomas in to get a quote on repairs after a building inspection. The online booking system was very easy and convenient.
On the day Thomas was on time and without asking,Thomas went through the whole house and identified all the areas that needed to be repaired. He also identified repairs that were not spotted on the building inspection.
Will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend him.

This is our second renovation with Thomas, and we're just as thrilled as the first time we worked with him. This project was quite a bit bigger, including exterior and interior work. The outcome is stunning, and the process was stress free. We are thrilled with our renovation and will definitely use Thomas again the next time the need arises.
