We pride ourselves in our stone matching expertise to ensure a high quality jewellery repair and understand the great sentimental value of your jewellery to take the utmost care with all our repairs.
The quality of a diamond is assessed against the universal 4Cs of diamond quality system, being cut, colour, clarity and carat weight with importance in that order. The higher the grading across all four categories, the higher the value of the stone. All Simon's Jewellery diamonds have been assessed against this system, having been sourced from trusted and reputable diamond suppliers.

Great range of watches. Quick and fast service with Simon coming out and helping you with whatever you need. It's a good honest business which acts as a prime example of how to conduct yourself as a business. Bought a watch from them and came back in to have the band readjusted - No dramas at all, no cost. 100% Recommend.

I took my watch to Mr Minit to get the battery replaced. When I returned 15 minutes later, he not only had he been unable to get the back off, he scratched it in the process of trying. He sent me down the mall to Simons and I am so thankful he did because less than 5 minutes later and a lot cheaper than Mr Minit had quoted me, I walked out with my watch working again.

I cannot thank Simons jewellery any more than writing this. I needed a ring they got it in time.
My watch was playing up fixed it up and did not take my money and I picked up after work in there time at there place..!!!!
I promise they look after you they have done my family and friends as well..!!

I had my ring resized at Simons Jewellery. It's an inherited piece so it's very precious to me. I felt they offered great customer service, were really attentive and the ring came back so promptly. I was really shocked at how quickly it came back. It was polished and gleaming brightly. Over the moon. Thanks so much.

Sent my watch in for a simple repair (plexiglass replacement), the business sends it to a watch repairer. The repair came back fine but as I was being handed the watch a woman insisted on setting the time for me and fiddled with the watch for a few minutes, I presumed she knew what she was doing but the watch is an old automatic where you click the crown in to change the date. She did it during the 9pm-3am period where the date transitions automatically and the mechanism got jammed. I was asked to do some shopping and come back later so they could take a look at it. We stopped in to Simons Jewelry during our 2019 holiday in Wollongong. They had a grand inventory, a wide verity of pieces to choose from and are a longtime, local business. We purchased two sets of 14k gold hoop earrings at a very reasonable price.

I usually never write negative reviews. However my experience with this store has left me incredibly disappointed. I would not want anyone else to have this experience.
I brought in my watch for a simple glass replacement as there was a small crack on it. I ended up with the wrong glass (thicker than the original) and a new smudge on the clock face - without any offer for compensation. When I sent the watch back to the watch repairer I had to call them multiple times to find out what was being done to my watch - to find that nothing could be rectified. Very poor workmanship, communication and
