We can't thank Chilton's and Liz enough. We had to get a ring remade and they were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The ring came out phenomenally and is so beautiful. Even when things outside of their control (covid) delayed the process, Liz went out of her way to get it to us in a timely manner. We also got our wedding bands there and im sure we will be back in the future for more. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I have been to Chilton's a couple weeks in a row now, they've handled the COVID situation extremely well and professionally. One day I forgot my mask and they gave me one, they have check in's and hand sanitiser at the front door. All the staff interactions are behind perspex, while still being helpful and interactive. We have begun designing her engagement and wedding ring's, Liz has been extremely helpful - we appreciate all of her experience and expertise. She has been quick to listen and work with alongside us which has been very nice. We look forward to seeing the finished product

My husband and I wanted to thank your team for all your help in choosing firstly my engagement ring and then our wedding rings to compliment on our wedding day. We looked together for the engagement ring and knew we wanted something vintage/antique and unique. Out of all the antique shops we looked at in Sydney your store had the biggest range and the most beautiful pieces. I loved coming back just to see what newest additions you had to your collections and the stories they told which you sourced from all over the world. Every shop assistant we dealt with was so knowledgeable and accommodating

I received the necklace that I bought for my wife today, I only ordered it a few days ago!
The necklace is beautiful and my wife loves it. I was going to hide it until Christmas but she was so excited to see it. Now she just wants to wear it.
It arrived beautifully wrapped and packaged.

Liz and the team always deliver exceptional service and go above and beyond.
Previously have done all my shopping in store but now with the COVID lockdown have made my first online purchase and was delighted at the ease of navigating the online store and the speed of the delivery! The wrapping and chocolates that were including in my package were a lovely bonus.

I always go to Chilton’s for servicing on my jewellery, starting from when a jeweller in Canberra told me my antique ring required a total rebuild at a cost of around $4,000, when I’d just gone looking for a replacement for a lost stone (the best they could do was a similar contemporary cut). Chilton’s matched the original cut of the lost diamond and shored up the setting for a fraction of that, and added lovely service and excellent communication to the mix. And the glorious bonus of a visit to the shop is the sea of antique jewellery and other bits and bobs to dive into. Thanks Chilton’s
