Before your property is listed, we prepare the Contract of Sale and obtain all relevant title searches that need to be attached.

Building Report: A report by a licensed builder inspector that details the general condition of a building and highlights any significant structural defects. It is very important that a buyer obtains a Building Report prior to exchange, because when you commit to buy a property, you are buying it in its present condition.

I'd come across Paul Denny Conveyancing when I needed a quick contract review for an auction. The receptionist was lovely, so friendly and I got the free contract review super quick. From that experience I used Paul Denny Conveyancing to go through the settlement of my first home. I'd called numerous times (anxious first home owner!), and every time, the receptionist was so lovely (not annoyed as I'd have expected). Everything went smoothly, but the friendly manner of the receptionist is what made the experience that much more positive!!

They got me across the line and my house settled which is appreciated. however their service was hit and miss. We started with Craig and our service was supreme, couldn't be happier. However we were then transferred to another agent, where the service became very sub par. The deal was done and we made it, but communication was lapse, extra costs seemed to materialize with minimal explanation, and responses to questions were bare bones and could take time to respond. Very much seems to vary on who you are working with.

I engaged the services of Paul Denny Conveyancing with the process managed by Kristen Steward. When you’re about to commit your life savings and 25 years of mortgage payments you want to be sure the process is handled properly.
Unfortunately, the management and knowledge of the conveyancing process by this person was questionable and eventually I had to spend time and money getting the right information myself.
I advised the business of the situation and provided opportunities to both Ms Steward and Paul Denny to clarify but their arrogant response dodging the issues and seeking to blame me
