With each new custom home design, we create detailed specifications and drawings based on our clients input. We are there to guide you through from design to the finished product. Drawings and specifications are based on years of experience and up-to date budgeting of materials and labour. We prefer to sit with you and listen to your ideas and needs.

Miniter Projects enjoys the challenge of designing and building 'high finish' luxury homes for our clients. From the initial design stage through to the handover of the project, we strive to implement new technology; value for money and high quality finishes.

We contract our designers to help oversee the build process, with input into any supplementary planning, location of plumbing points and electrical layouts, with kitchen and bathroom design being key points.Tim Roberts and I undertook our first project together in the Hunter Valley, where the owners lived overseas during the entire build process.

How stunning is this luxurious Sydney house renovation, pictured right, custom designed and project managed by Miniter. This Vaucluse home is our latest project. The owners, who lived in Hong Kong, purchased the house in 2005. Originally from England, they had travelled extensively falling in love with Caribbean style interiors with a modern twist.
