With that in mind, we can provide both at the same time to keep you on the road and save you some cash in the process. This is Ozzy Tyres - not Ikea. So there's very little DIY involved when you buy your wheels and tyres online.

Worst experience ever. Called the store asking to buy 4 Hussler Ambush Rims was advised they had them in stock and to just come in. Drove 1.5hrs to the store (closest one) on arrival another guy told me there was nothing saved under my number and had to ring around to find a set. Eventually he located the Rims that were in stock and told me it would take 1.5hrs for the install. I went and had some lunch and came back. When I got back the guy behind the counter told me my brakes were rusty and he could paint them for an extra $300. (A can of paint is worth $20 max) I told him "No thanks" and he

Purchased wheels and tyres online, also opted for in store fitment at Ozzy tyres in underwood QLD at 0 extra fee. Get a call the next day trying to "upsell" me on insurance for transport to the Ozzy tyres QLD underwood branch (which I declined). Then get another call later trying to sell me a different rim, because the one I ordered is not in stock (which I declined and requested a refund). A few hours later, I got a third call saying they got the rim I ordered if I still want it ?!?!? I will not purchase anything online from this company as they appear to be unprofessional with their fulfilment

Took my car for a lowering spring install. Customer service was great but the install was bad due to new identical scratches on both sides panels when I got the car back. Spoke to managers, had to wait for a week for a solution but they didn’t do anything and kept saying it’s impossible that they did it. Considering I’ve been taking my car there ever since I got it. They said I probably drove into a tight space or something. It would’ve not been my fault because it has no damage on the wheels or the bumper either and I won’t be wasting my time for a solution for something I did. I just

Aaron at Ozzy Tyres in Hoxton Park was a gem to deal with. He really knows his craft and was patient and flexible. I also do a lot of research myself first, and Aaron was willing to work with me via email to ensure we had all the right specs. The end result speaks for itself. Refer to before vs after.
