The lady who answered my call for booking was extremely rude. On the day of car inspection, the place was like I entered a place in the 80’s, the mechanic was rude as well, when I asked him when the car could be ready, he said “as soon as I finish it”. They are very slow and things that take 5 minutes anywhere else, they finish it in 1 hour.
Worst service I have ever had, they deserve 0 stars. I would not recommend them even for my enemies.

The inspection was booked at 2pm Friday and was done in less than 40mins. I got the Inspection Pass Certificate straight after the inspection. Both the inspector and the reception girl were lovely to deal with and helped with providing the certificate asap so that I have sufficient time to license my vehicle with the Transport Dept before it closes at 4.30pm

Good place for your vehicle inspection and took only 40 minutes. But had to wait for more than 2 hours for them to get my certificate. The lady at the reception should be training more for greeting the customers and should be taught to speak well to clients over the phone. Basically she’s rude.
Conclusion work is perfect but reception doesn’t know to treat customers well.

I took my BMW 325i convertible to Uneeda to respray and repair a dent to the LH door that was poorly done from a previous panel shop.
I am a very fussy person and expect the best job possible particularly on a European car and I have to say that Josh and the team did not disappoint me. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I looked over the car from all angles and all light conditions, from close and afar and was very satisfied. I was also pleased that the car was handed back to me in the same condition as it was when it went in, very clean and shiny.

Came here yesterday to get a vehicle inspection done. Inspection passed and had no issues. Was fast and took less than 40mins. Professionally done.
Customer service could definitely improve. Lady at the front desk (Chelsea) appears to be uninterested in attending to customers. Could definitely do with a smile or two. Could definitely be a turn off for some customers.
