My husband broke down near Plymouth - they drove him ten miles to salts and left him there - said they can't get another driver. the driver made him sit in the car which was bouncing all over the place whilst he had his kid in the front at midnight ! I don't think it is even legal - terrible service

Diabolical company. Continued to renew my policy even though I informed them not to and did not consent to policy renewal and then had the audacity to charge admin fees. Disgusting customer service involving numerous emails trying to sort the problem out.
Plainly obvious this is just a money grabbing company with underhand methods.

Had an exceptional experience with Eversure claiming for a camera incident. They fwded my details to the claim handler called Karen who was not just a lovely lady but sotted my case out within a week. Went from a camera broken in half to a brand new camera from 1 friday to another. Really really pleased! Thanks guys

Terrible service took out initial policy on touring caravan and discussed that the van storage location would be changed within a month which was agreed would not be an issue moved caravan and eversure refused to insure van at new location. Didn't get full refund and never received original policy documents to start with.

Do not buy from this company, absolutely horrendous to deal with, there happy to take your money and not give it back even when you have valid reason to cancel just 13 working days after start of policy. Took all money and no gesture of pro rata refund.... will never use again, avoid like the plague!,

Great service! Broke down at services of the M4 and within 90mins, we were being towed to our next tow point. They relayed us to a garage near my home. The initial customer service guy Sam was very good and helpful. The two tow companies used were also great, and helped diagnose the issue so I could sort out with my garage the next day. Thoroughly recommended

Only getting one star because it won't five me no stars ..
Car broke down in Walsall Birmingham 13th June. Was told at 5pm that car would be towed home to Manchester, however NO one will take the car home. My policy covers my car being taken home but the breakdown companies who come out won't take him home . .. Absolutely amateur company. Its now 9.30pm at night at still stuck in same place.
They don't car what the policy says because none of their contract drivers want to take the job of taking the broken down car back to Manchester..
Avoid at all costs

I bought drone insurance from here and when I crashed my drone and needed to make a repair claim I was taken through a claim process which I had all documents and Receipt. After they saw all my documents checked through I heard no reply for 3 months. I was then told by the actual insurer that Eversure did not cover my drone! Even though I went through the web page and specifically took out a Drone insurance. Eversure then denied as much responsibility as they could and deflected. Honestly guys please don’t fall for fake reviews here. This place total knock off
