Absolute garbage service
My Volvo V70 had water leak.. Apparently they changed all the cooling System hoses and water pump,header tank and new coolant, and a few other things, ..only took them 4 weeks..mmm
So called receptionist had all the excuses under the sun to why it wasn't ready.
Wasted 3k for no result
Still losing water..Guess Ill have to take it to someone who knows wot their doing

Sutso and the gang were top notch! Genuinely helped me where my warranty provider couldn't even be bothered. If you own a German car just do yourself a favor and have these guys look after you they are absolute craftsmen in what they do.

Where do I begin, came to German auto with my car which was having losing coolant, after going to a couple of mechanics who couldnt find the problem. The German auto guys took my car in and kept it for a week so they can figure out what is wrong with it and they let me know what needed to be done before they began the job. And yes, they were multiple things wrong with it and it took a while for them to figure out what was wrong with it. I was updated with every step they took. But all good things come to those who wait, but now my car is better than ever no coolant loss since then. Best mechanics

I was looking for an alternative to the expensive and poor quality workmanship I had received from my previous dealer based workshop and decided to call these guys based on their good customer reviews. I am so glad i did.
From first phone call to driving away after the service and everything in between, all was handled efficiently and professionally. 1st... When I booked a oil service here, I asked a simple question about thetype of oil used and was told very abruptly that they use whatever Volkswagon tell them to, not answering the question.
2nd... When I received the account for the service (Oil change $424) I was told that the car is in poor condition and required many parts to be replace totalling around $3500.....
3rd... Upon getting home and a little shocked I noticed that the Drive cameras in my car had been disconnected... Not sure why anyone would need to do that unless they were using my car for their own business.
4th... I was

I would avoid German Auto Service (GAS) like the plague, the worst service I have ever had.
They stated I needed to replace my coolant. Immediately after their service, I had large coolant leak from my car (images attached), might I add the leak was the incorrect coolant, the one they were meant to replace. I took it back for the second time for them to fix the leak and replace the coolant for the second time, but again they did not replace the coolant. It wasn't until I took it to another garage that the issue was finally resolved. And to top it off, GAS refused to identify they did anything
