Ultratune Joondalup has been operating in Joondalup for the last 18 years under the same owner Dan Durrant. Dan set up the business Ultratune Joondalup which is now trading as Autosolve Joondalup in 1992 with his Dad also a Dan! Autosolve Joondalup has, until recently, been part of a large franchise group (Ultratune).
Inspecting the system for any mechanical or electrical faults. If we find a fault that isn't due to lack of gas you will be charged $65 for the diagnosis not the full price. We will then give you a quote on how much to repair your air con system. Vacuum/cleaning the system out for 45 minutes to remove any moisture which can cause damage and make the system less effective at cooling the air.
A full Maintenance Service, including new oil filter and synthetic enhanced Castrol Magnetic engine oil and new quality NGK spark plugs (platinum/iridium plugs and any full synthetic oils at additional costs). Report on Condition of all under body components including exhaust, steering, suspension, and tyres.
Our clients receive a quality reliable vehicle to replace theirs whilst its in the workshop. We can provide pickup and dropoff services if you are in the local area if needed and we do have some loan cars available. Loan cars need to be reserved when booking your vehicle in for a service. Enjoy full use of this vehicle for a reasonable one off cost (ie: fee not charged daily) until yours is ready for collection.
Includes good quality synthetic enhances castrol magnatec professional engine oil and oil filter. Prices start from $268 to give you an exact price we need vehicle details. call for a quote. If the vehicle is serviced in accordance with the manufacturers' log book service, your vehicle will keep its "new car warranty".

I had an issue/odour with the air conditioner in my car. I called a few other places beforehand and this was the only place willing to see me on the same day and not stuff me around/pay a silly amount. The person who helped me did a great service and am more than happy to go there again with any other issues I have.

Unreal. Took my car in today following a roadworthy which I was a little sceptical about from a different garage. Not only did they take the time to have a thorough look, they also took photos and walked me through all the issues. They also said that their quote would be pretty similar and that I was probably better off getting the work done by the inspecting garage so they couldn't pick at anything else. On top of all that he wouldn't accept payment for the job.
I'm so happy I've found a trustworthy mechanic and I won't be going anywhere else (post inspection).

The team at Autosolve are incredible. I have gone in twice with out an appointment to fix a small issue and they have helped me immediately even though they were busy and charged me next to nothing for the service. The staff are always happy and extremely knowledgeable. This mechanics is genuinely interested in helping people not just taking their money. Highly recommend!

The idea of going to get my car serviced was always so daunting, as i am not that savvy with car mehanics or dealings, so i was terrified of being ripped off, or being sold something i don't need.... that fear went out the window when i first decided to put my car in for a service with Autosolve Joondalup. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and strived to get me the best deals and prices :)) i cannot fault their work or customer service.

I came to Autosolve after being really unhappy with the last place my car was being serviced at.
