Elisa is fantastic. We had a particularly difficult settlement as the seller's side needed to fix some things up on our contract before we could continue with the bank. Elisa was consistently on top of our cooling off period dead lines and extended every time before it expired contacting us and making sure we were always ahead of it.

Elisa Western was introduced to me by a real estate agent and I didn't do any research for hiring her. I signed a contract on 7/12/2019 and here are the reasons why I am giving this poor performance rate to Step by Step Conveyancing:

Elisa is a super star to say the least.
I had my property for sale for 2 years and Elisa never missed a step, she found all faults with contracts and requests and handled them so quickly it was great. No matter who tried to pull the wool she sorted it out.
Some how Elisa took my stress away when things were looking bad.
She never complained about all the changes nor the length of time to get through to the end of the deal.
She handled the sale and purchase of my properties. A great effort to get everything lined up for the simultaneous settlements.
