If you are thinking of purchasing, please give us a call and arrange for the Contract to be sent through to us for review! Did you know there is NO cooling off period if you buy at Auction? You need to carry out any inspections and we need to look through your Contract so you know exactly what you are buying before you go to Auction.
If you a looking to put your property on the market, by law, you or your Agent are prohibited from marketing your property without a Contract for Sale of Land. We understand that it is imperative that Contracts are prepared quickly to enable your Real Estate Agent to begin the marketing process.
