Sayer Civil recently completed a 36 bay carpark in Edmund Street, Kings Beach for the Sunshine Coast Regional Council. Glasshouse Country Estate is a new 55 lot residential subdivision in the heart of Glasshouse Mountains. The contract included construction of roadworks including kerb & channel, concrete works and asphalt concrete surfacing, stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation mains, bio-retention.
Graham Sayer and his family company did a wonderful job redeveloping our car park to allow truck access. Graham and his team exceeded all our expectations: Work was done to budget. Our turnover actually went. A few minutes of working with Sayer Civil makes you realise they take the sort of pride in each project to ensure they are happy to put their name to it.
