We requested a quote from AusRam for materials and engineering work, and waited nearly 4 weeks for the price, in which we just ended up asking them for the materials for the job (which they said they could get us easily). After over another week, and more phone calls, they then said they couldn't get the materials we needed so we have wasted around 5 weeks with them now. Very disappointed.

I went to Ausram engineering today as I needed some miner peices of steel ,supplied, cut and drilled to repair one of my machines, the guys were so helpful and they knew what I wanted after I explained, I'm so stoked with their service, it was only a small job but they treated me very well and I got my machine up and running again! I would highly recommend these guys and will be definitely going back for any engineering needs.
