DO NOT USE- Very disappointed with this product!!! Absolute scam. We had our panels installed in December 2020. The installers were horribly messy leaving purple zip ties and plastic all over our lawn. Cheap product and now we received our first energy bill and our usage with our energy company is the same as what it was last year without any solar panels. I have emailed and called this company numerous times to rectify the issue and nothing has been done. Absolutely furious!!!!!

Whilst the fellas installing the system were great and very professional, my problem with this company stems from the fact that electricity Queensland will not swap out the old meter reader with a new digital one due to the fact that the meter box is in my driveway under my carport on the side of the house. The meter reader only has to be situated elsewhere so that the electrical company person can read the meter safely... doesn’t matter that the meter box has been in this spot for over 50 years, and the meter got read without any trauma to the meter reader.

Stephen the Irish guy was so good in making me feel comfortable, I've been thinking of getting solar for years but never felt ready to make the plunge. The installers were amazing and I'm very happy I listened to Stephen and took the next step. Solar Harbour hahe been brilliant dealing with everything
