Sunboost sold me the solar installation in Nov. I bought a hybrid system system. I found in one of my research that their license was cancelled in July 2021. As a concerned customer I question them with no reply in timely manner My fusion solar app had password issue which required the company to resolve the issue on resetting the password. I would get reply from Jennifer with the answer that I need to wait; only the local installer can reset the password and he was not available for nearly 3-4 days. He was busy installing solar panels for other customers. I am so not happy as a customer. I am

Outstanding customer service from Noah. He went above and beyond to help us with our quotation for bird nesting removal and installation of bird mesh. Although we experienced some issues with the installer that was booked initially, once the problem was brought to Noah’s attention, it was solved in a very professional manner and an alternative installer was booked promptly.
