I had been taking my car there for years and when I took it to another mechanic finally they told me the oil looked like it had never been changed and all the rubber rings around the area had become so brittle they had to be snapped off. They took me into the workshop and showed me all these things. They also took photos throughout the whole process and I was able to see for myself how the oil was a completely thick sludge. Very disappointed. I supplied parts ($52-) & they were to fit these. However the parts I supplied were incorrect, they then ordered the correct parts from the same supplier, but charged me 4 times the cost ($200-)!!! I went back to the supplier who advised me these parts were $52-. When queried as to whether they had made an error, Southport Motors tried to tell me their parts were $200- (however wouldn't show me their supplier invoice for these parts). I am disappointed and won't use Southport Motors again, I feel they can't be trusted.

The new shop in Margaret is awesome such a helpful crew and awesome prices...
$150 Service and they rang me for anything they find before doing anything...
beats paying a weeks wage for a dealer everytime!!!
