I needed a headlight globe fitted. I rang for an appointment although they were busy, I was given a time for the next day. My light was fitted & under what I was quoted. Staff were excellent. I had a bit of a wait, but that was understandable being as it was in the Christmas holidays, & it was an emergency appointment. Fresh bottles of cold water was available if it needed it. The waiting room wasn't flash but it was clean,but hey it's a workshop & I noticed there was toys for children to play with. I would use them again

My air conditioning was not working in my Hilux so went in to get a regas. Was originally told that the TX valve was faulty and needed replacing I was ok with that then they told me that the compressor was not working and that the condenser would need replacing all up cost $1120. Thinking it was very unusual that all these things would all go at once I rang my mechanic he said the same thing. I paid the $60 service fee and took my vehicle to a another auto air condition business where he charged me for a TX valve and a regas $380..thats an $800 saving counting the service fee...My air con is now

Had mine and my partners car AC regassed by these guys. My partners car was first and had no issues and team were very easy to deal with.
After taking mine in for an attempted regas, the technician found a leak, after getting it fixed there was a small miscommunication and miss understanding between myself and staff. After some great communication and customer service, all issues were cleared up and fixed and my AC is perfect now.

It was a defect with the brake lights and prompt attended. Diagnose and rectified very fast. I had to next day to fit the new part tt they ordered for me. I was happy with the service provided and also little time I spent the at the workshop. Special thanks to the girls at the front desk who were all with a smile made every effort to expedite the service.

I've been a customer of Gold Coast Car Electrics & Mechanical for many years. In the first instance they diagnosed a fault in a couple of hours that the dealer was unable to find in 3 days. Needless to say, I've never been back to a dealer for log book service or regular maintenance . I've recommended this business to family and friends. Honest, reliable and economical.

I took my car in. I live an hour away, the 1st time faulty part, didn't fix any of the problems, but a light. took it back, it spent 5 days there for the same problem. another faulty part. (went to a different mechanic, he fixed it.) I expected a full refund as nothing was really fixed, oh yeah a light was turned off.. so in the end, got charged about $231 to turn off a light.. would never recommend them again..

In my opinion... NO NO NO DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFFS.! ...and I should know as a professional mechanic. I thought I'd found a reliable place, becauseI knew the previous owner for near 30yrs, but after getting my mother's car quoted for over $3700 odd to fix "DANGEROUS" issues, i found out they are LIARS.
I checked it on their hoist, before they realised who I was. They said this...
A. Rear tyres bald... No, not even close, quite a few thousand kilometres left before even the wear indicator.
B. Rear shocker leaking and dangerous... No, tincy wincy seep from the seal that is for seal lubrication
