I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a colleague. The flowers were delivered on the correct day and time as communicated which was positive. I was however really disappointed and underwhelmed by the presentation on the website versus in reality (see attached photos). We paid additionally for the style in the vase believing (mistakenly?) it would look and be delivered like this. I thought it would be slight bigger than the alternate option in the bouquet. It looks as if it was the same size just stuck in a vase and charged $20 extra for this. It also did not state until finalise aspects of

Gorgeous flowers and perfect arrangement in Hessian. Great delivery system can track on timing. Easy to order and get delivered next day. Perfect gift for friends and families. Strongly recommend!! I had a wrong colour flower delivered yesterday, Rhiannon sent me right one straight away in 30min. Great customer care as well.

I absolutely love Daily Blooms for so many reasons! They are fast to deliver, they cheer my friends up and their flowers/bouquets are lovely as well as their gifts! Just WOW. Our wonderful friends ordered us a large bouquet for our wedding. We came home to them and were blown away. They were HUGE. We had to buy a new vase and even still we had to split them between two vases as there were just so many flowers. The most beautiful bouquet I have ever received, we will be ordering from Daily Blooms for all our future floral needs. Thank you!
