I had the worst plantar fasciitis and general pain in both my feet. I couldn't walk properly or lean on my left heel at all. I was living on pain killers.
After 4 sessions at Sole Podiatry, the improvement is unbelievable. The pain is nearly all gone. I can actually walk. This podiatrist has changed my life. I highly recommend her. I am so grateful for the relief I am feeling. I can walk properly for the first time in 3 years.

I just wanted to express how grateful I am that Asten was the person looking after my daughter. My little one had immense pain in her feet since she was 2 years old. She would wake up min 5 times a night screaming in pain. She's 4 years old now, so it has continued a very long time.
We were lucky to see a pediatrician at the Royal Children's Hospital. He described her pain as growing pains, but even then the amount of pain that she was going through was so much. It was hard to believe it could only be that. My doctor/friend recommended that she see a podiatrist.

Asten (podiatrist) was friendly and happy to help with what ever problems I have with my feet, she even noticed that I needed orthotics (which wasn't the reason I went there) and explained the entire process so I could understand! She also didn't charge an arm and a leg like other podiatrist which was great.

Asten is extremely empathetic, knowledgeable and experienced Podiatrists. Despite visiting many other Podiatrists for treating my Plantar Fascitis it was not getting better. One of my friend recommended me to visit her. Finally, I feel so much better and even some days I am completely pain free. The service like shock wave therapy is also cheaper than any other places. Thanks to Asten.

Shock wave therapy is excellent. I couldn't do a quad stretch a few months ago or get off the floor if kneeling without having to hang on to something and pull myself up and I am only in my fifties but I felt eighty. After each session of shockwave I could see the steady improvement in my rehabilitation. Asten is very knowledgeable and also takes an interest in her patients.

I am glad to have met Asten for the issue with my feet. She is highly knowledgeable and professional, She never rushes and takes her time to explain and the amount of information that she has given is incredible that helped me a lot. My feet feel great now and very comfortable after the treatment of painful warts, She did an amazing job. I highly recommend Asten who needs to see a good Podiatrist.
