Thank you so much for an incredible transformation! I am so glad I didn’t let anybody talk me out of permanently straightening my hair. I am ecstatic with the results! My hair went from feeling like I had steel wool rubbing on my neck to a silk scarf. I went to Moty for permanent hair straightening. I have very long, very thick hair - such a pain to style or manage during summer! Always tied up in a bun due to the volume, thickness etc. I love my hair but damn it was a pain in the bum. I had been contemplating permanent hair straightening for a long time but the risk of hair damage/ it not lasting always held me back (I used to straighten my hair only to it curling up and getting frizzy half an hour later in humidity).

It is their specialty, the reviews speak for themselves and the pictures are the finished result after being wet. It was the best decision I’ve ever made! I have extremely thick hair that the option “very thick” on the online booking enquiry was an understatement. My hair was also frizzy, wavy and had loose curls too. My hair had highlights and has been dyed a couple times. I was embarrassed of my hair before walking

This is my 3rd visit to Moty Grau and yet again I am so happy with my hair. I have been getting the permenant hair straightening treatment and every time I am amazed at how straight and shiny my hair is. It saves me so much time as I don’t have to straighten my hair at all and I can get sweaty at the gym or go for a swim without the worry of how fuzzy my hair will be at the end. I would recommend Moty Grau Hair for anyone wanting to give this treatment a try. It truly is life changing.

A $129 Introductory offer ended up costing me $389 when the only extra I asked for was half a head of foils!! Not once were the costs for the additional treatments mentioned to me or agreed on. I agreed to the colour shampoo but felt ill when he told me the final price! I wanted a new style but looked pretty much the same as nobody even noticed my hair after spending so much 🥲 Nice guys but decided not to return

Absolutely disgusted! When quoted a price you expect to pay that price not almost $400 more and if this is the case then it should be stated before any work commences. It should also be explained that shampoo, conditioner and oils are extra. I sent my friend to you guys because i was so happy with the service now her birthday has been ruined by your inability to communicate and unprofessionalism with quoting. If you cannot make quotes online via photos then dont offer the service that way.
