Born and raised in Scotland, Graeme and his family have been living here in Australia for 9 years bringing with him wordly experience from his time spent cheffing in the United Kingdom and France. Graeme is excited to present to you a new menu favouring modern Australian cuisine and with an emphasis on using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce, and using sustainable practices.

Mid City's largest function room can hold up to 300 people for any number of occasions including sports presentation nights, birthdays, weddings, conferences or corporate workshops. Our function room has a full bar, audio / visual installation in the ceiling, portable dance floor and stage. It can also be separated into three smaller rooms each with their own entrance.

Stayed here twice now. Rooms are large, modern and comfortable. Service efficient and friendly. Location is great. Only downside is noise from other patrons as all rooms face a central car park and pool

The stay was a joke
First room was tiny and filthy
2nd room had mould on the roof and also filthy
3rd room had dust and spider webs everywhere and there was kids and parents underneath our room and beside our room screaming all day and night. Think there was about 20 of them scattered around talking to each other through the walls
Paid so much money for literally no sleep and for an asthmatic was not impressed by the mold.
Had to walk from the front of the hotel to walk to our room which was pathetic I believe there should be numbers written on parks for people staying only.

A very tired and run down motel. Room was tiny shower very old and nearly impossible to regulate. The shower is in the bathtub and is very low. The tiles and mirror were dirty. The only plus side was the pleasant staff. We won't be back and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

Can I just say I was very disappointed with our stay here. The highlight was the comfortable beds and friendly service staff, but this did not outweigh the fact that we booked this accommodation solely on the fact that they had a pool, only to be informed at check in that it wouldn't be up and running for 2 weeks. As for the fast internet, that was a joke. Had to restart the router for us to get internet. The shower was broken and a handle was missing of a draw. Massive cobweb between the wardrobe and side table plus there was a stain on the roof

The room was very clean and the bathrooms and carpet have recently been updated. I recommend earplugs - it's on the main road/highway with almost constant traffic, but it's otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Our room was very dirty and had water stains across curtains ,badly stained doona covered a very comfortable bed. I was scolded by the shower which was changing heat on its own, the tap in the bathroom is ready to fall of.we stayed 3 nights and on sunday our room was not cleaned we were told rooms are not serviced on sundays if you stay that night . Not a happy camper would not recommend this place to anybo3

Nice staff and amazing food. It was the first night with a new menu and they didn't put a foot wrong. Smoked pork ribs were amazing, the mushroom sauce was so delicious. The dessert menu has a great selection. Will definitely be back for more.

We booked a premium King room which was very spacious and nice. Had all the amenities and the bed was comfortable.
Location of the hotel is very good and an easy walk to all shops in city centre. Free onsite parking is always good to have.
Hotel provided free Wi-fi access but when we tried logging in-didn’t work. We did not bother asking as we had our phone data.
Basic soaps were provided but other than that when we asked for dental kit- they did not have any.
Overall a good experience.

Great night sleep.
The rooms were clean and organised. All amenities were well appointed. Sadly, the pool wasn't heated but we were able to see past that.
We had a suite and an apartment. Both were very nice and comfortable. Heating worked perfectly. Staff were excellent and friendly.

We were very impressed with Elements Restaurant. Food was delicious and well presented, friendly service and lovely restaurant . We are from Melbourne and will definitely come back here on our next trip.
