Great value for the price. Really friendly staff and comfy clean rooms. There was a little bit of noise coming from the road (expected due to the great location) and the shared kitchen area had a little bit of a fish smell to it. But overall great value budget accom close to everything In Warrnambool

Lovely place to stay in Warrnambool! Stayed the night with my husband and two teenagers and didn't get to many grumbles from them 😂🤣#LOL. Overall lovely place but we were most impressed by the guest kitchen which was fully equipped with everything including pots, pans and dishes🍽️ we needed. Also saved us a buck or too on dinner 😂💵 Really recommend this place for a stay when in Warrnambool. Thanks!👍

Room exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed and very clean space. No fuss, easy check in too. Low cost for one night which made a snap decision easy.

Its an old fashion motel with small rooms but not in a good way, its not cosy or charming. For the price of Melbourne good hotel you wouldn't expect to get a rather poor quality bed linen and towels and not clean bathroom, see pics attached. I gave one star though it was one night stay.

Very dirty room and terrible experience. our room had poo in the toilet which just shows it has not been cleaned. we checked in and put our things in the room quickly at around 5:30pm as we had dinner reservation from 6pm at a restaurant. after dinner, that is when we first saw the bathroom to use it, but there was poo in the toilet!!! we decided not to stay and drove back home even it was late at night and the drive was over 2 hours. the motel questioned us why we took so long to complain.we never stayed there but we will definitely never book this place again.

I personally felt that the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic! The stay was very pleasant and the staff were accommodating and helpful.
It would have ideally been a little less dustier and smelling fresher; but I understand that the smokers nearby make that difficult to have.
Overall it was good for a budget place with plenty of amenities!

Stayed one night with partner. The staff were friendly and the WIFI was good. The towels were dirty (brown marks), bed contained hairs, and it was very noisy. Close to shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Basic room, bed, bathroom everything you need. It’s a central location to Main Street, only thing is people congregate outside making noise, ask for a room not close to the stairs and drapes need a revamp for privacy.
Great little place for a few nights.

Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We had a nice big room with comfortable beds.
The owners were lovely and accommodating to our needs.
Situated in walking distance to everything that you need... including pub
