Beds were good we booked a 2 bed family room ok but old style when you come back k to motel only kitchen chairs to sit on and relax no sopa or lounge in kitchen very uncomfortable went to shops to try and find something comtfortable to sit on finished up going to relations and borrowing 2 camp chairs did go to staff and complain

The worst motel i ever stayed in. We were packing the stuff but it seemed like the hotel cleaning staff was in such a hurry that they entered our room without even knocking the door, well before the checkout time. No Manners. If you really need to sleep well don’t go to SLEEP WELL MOTEL,

Fantastic little motel with parking right outside our door. Great little set up had all we needed. Close to major town, shops, restaurants. The bed was so comfortable, loved the ensuite, colour scheme very calming. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing special. We traveled for over 6 hours to get there. We know we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready which was fine, but my wife needed the toilet and they refused to let her use one.
As for breakfast which I thought we paid for we were charged an extra $10 for a cooked one. I wasn’t given any choice for the type of eggs I wanted and it was just presumed that I liked fried. Didn’t mind that too much but the way they were cooked they were totally inedible. I complained which was a waste of time as it was obvious to me that the person didn’t really care.

It is a little tired looking and could do with a make over, but, it was great and lived up to its name. Really you will sleep great here. Very friendly staff, and its clean. Microwave there, so that was great, loved being able to have my porridge every morning, fridge, toaster and kettle. So you just need to make sure you take a couple of things to be able to cook with, as only plates bowls cups and cutlery provided. Room service every day if you want it. I enjoyed my stay, and found nothing to complain about. Reasonable price, as it being January when I went and school holidays. Albany is AMAZING

Please thank and acknowledge the family owned and operated Sleepwell for their exceptional customer service and care during my stay over the New Years period. Our room was exceptionally clean, refreshing, roomy, and accommodating and had everything we needed including refrigerator, microwave, heating and cooling!!
We were also so lucky to experience an amazing English breakfast (which we watched tbe chef make and describe) by the very talented chef !! Can not fault this place, so affordable and enjoyable !!
