Dr Rooshab Malde, is the practice owner and principal dentist at Forum Dental Centre Belmont. He graduated with honours from Cardiff University (University of Wales College of Medicine) in 2009, and is a very passionate dentist, working hard to ensure that you have the best quality of care at an affordable price.

Rosemarie first opened our practice in 1990, before her brother Armando bought it in 1999. Armando joined on a temporary basis in 1992 before the purchase, following which his wife Sam became the practice manager! As you can probably tell, we pride ourselves on being locally owned and embodying a family friendly environment.

I was up in Perth from Albany and broke a tooth only a few days before Christmas. After phoning several dentist to no avail Forum Dental Centre came to my aid and I have to say Rooshab and Rakhee were brilliant. A genuinely beautiful couple who could not have done more to have me up and running to eat my way through Christmas. Belmont you are blessed to have these guys available for you

I have been going there for the past few months and I must say the service is 100% respectful and so friendly and also very informative on what best for each individual needs.i was seen by Dr Rooshab he is amazing and so friendly and genuinely concerned about his patients I would definitely recommend anyone to this central centre

First visit to Forum Dental and Dr Armando. He is a great dentist and very thorough. he is very easy to talk to and after an hour felt as if I have known him for years. He is very informative and I learnt a few things about maintaining healthy teeth. Even happier that I didn't need any work done so I will have more regular checkups. His team make it feel like a friendly place to visit. Well done.
