I was nervous about doing an upstairs extension and living in the house whilst it was done. I didn't want to lose the character of our federation house , didn't want the extension to look like an extension and didn't want to over capitalise . With Capital building they listened and we are pleased to say our extension looks amazing, like it was always part of the house. We have been living in our upstairs extension for eight weeks now and could not be happier . We used Capital Building Contractors for our renovations and house extention. From the very start of the process they have been a pleasure to work with. Capital building finished out renovation 8 weeks ago and we could not be happier with the result. Their staff were all great to deal with and the process was seamless. We finished on time and on budget (my husband was thrilled with this). The quality of workmanship is excellent. I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Nothing was to much trouble and our end result was better than we expected. Thank you to you all. I look forward to using you again one day if Pete will ever let me leave this house.

We are very happy with our decision to go with Capital and would definitely recommend them. Capital was actually recommended to us by a friend who had used Capital for their whole house renovation and extension, which gave us confidence from the start. Our project was also a full renovation and extension of our 1920s Californian bungalow and overall we are very happy with the result. Capital Builders put an upstairs on our house recently and we are extremely happy with the result. The frame went up incredibly quickly, the builders arrived at 7.30 sharp every day, worked hard all day and were clean and tidy and a pleasure to work with. Travis the Project Manager let us know through each stage of the build what to expect and was always willing and available to work through any questions we had. He is very personable and easy to get along with. We lived downstairs throughout the extension and did not have an dramas doing so.
