I have encountered noise issues here during the many stays but this time was particularly bad. As we all know driving tired is well advertised thus, a good nights sleep is a must (I travel the North Coast periodically for work).
Give this place an absolute miss if you’re expecting to sleep here.
The reason I am leaving this review is also the very rude and arrogant response I received when I raised this and was suggesting a solution. Their care factor when losing a long term customer was zero. Clearly they have enough business so I suggest spending your hard earned $$ on those that need them

Absolutely Loved our stay! My family and I spent 3 days over Christmas and had the best Christmas ever!. Our room was spacious, modern,clean,just perfect. I can't speak highly enough of the management. They went above and beyond to make me a coffee on Christmas day when Everything was closed. Will Definitely return. Definitely 5 stars from me🙂
