Dr. Madhur is a not only a fantastic human being but he is a true professional that has superb skills and listens attentively and deeply cares for you, and your specific needs. I came to Madhur quite fearful and distrusting from previous dentist experiences that had left me in a bad situation. Madhur recognized this and helped me to have faith… again through his genuine and thorough explanations of what happened to me in the past and what was needed moving forward. The best dental experience I have ever had. Madhur is caring, gentle, and highly experienced. With incredibly sensitive teeth I felt far more comfortable and confident in his manner and advice than I've ever felt elsewhere. My husband is also extremely needle phobic, and finding Madhur at ProSmiles was a true godsend. I would highly recommend his services.

I cannot believe I chose 5 stars "I loved it" for a dentist! Madhur and his team deserve everyone of the stars. I needed a new dentist after moving countries. With a colleagues recommendation I tentatively made an appointment. The whole experience starting with Danielle on reception made me relax a little. On meeting Madhur I was put at ease with… his friendly and caring manner. He listens to you and understood what for me was a very difficult reality. He worked with me, taking his time always making sure I was ok. Madhur told me he loves his job and it shows, he is lucky to be supported

Dr. Shiralkar and his team are absolutely excellent. Friendly, patient, welcoming, and very detailed in their work. My first trip to his office was my first visit to the dentist in almost eight years (dental insurance isn't quite as accessible in the United States where I grew up), but he created a plan with me to get my teeth to their best health, and he is helping me fulfil it with care and very thoughtful explanation every step of the way. I trust him and his team, and I can't recommend his services enough.
