Great experience. Very happy with my first visit. I tend to struggle finding a good hair salon so I'm glad I've found this place. I asked for a trim and didn't get 5 inches cut off haha. They offer a wine, tea or coffee and a lovely homemade treat while you get pampered. Lovely atmosphere and lovely girls.

My foils were totally overprocessed. It was so nice and healthy before I came here and now I have breakage all through my hair and inch long regrowth in clumps. I am really upset because I have been growing my hair out for a while now I am going to have to get a bob and start again.

Had the most amazing experience over the weekend at Elvarl Hair Artistry. I hadn’t been to the hairdresser in over 2 years so needless to say I was in desperate need of a makeover. Just over 2 years ago, I discovered the team at Elvarl. I have never gone anywhere since. Amy an Jess cut my hair regularly and have had it cut by one or 2 others when I first started going here. The consistency in service and quality is outstanding and without fault. What surprises me the most is no matter who looks after me, it is always an oasis to my day. Even the ladies sweeping the foor or bringing a drink, do it with a smile and a warm sense of, I care, and I do this becuause I love it. Thank you for all you do! So grateful!

I had a long time hairdresser who wasn't quite getting my hair the colour I wanted. Jess managed to get the colour I wanted in one visit, and I have been coming here ever since. Jess and Jade look after my hair and are such lovely girls. All of the ladies at Elvarl make me feel so welcome. I highly recommend Elvarl for the atmosphere, but especially the way they look after my hair and get it the colour I want, along with keeping it healthy at the same time.

Elvarl is an upmarket, classy and professional salon that is very appealing, welcoming and inviting. Meg and her staff hold client service and satisfaction in high regard always offering extra touches that other salons just don’t. While I’m sure all the staff are fantastic, Jess and Meg always cut and colour my hair perfectly, all I have to do is relax and enjoy complementary drinks and food..... who doesn’t want that! I always leave happier than I arrived after some good banter with all the friendly staff. Thanks guys!

Amy is absolutely amazing! She transforms my hair every time I go to see her and her sparkling personality always brightens up my day 🌟 She is also fabulous with little kids (and I have two tough critics 😂) The salon and staff at Elvarl are all fantastic - I highly recommend this hidden gem of a salon 💎 And Amy is a superstar 👌🏽

I recently went to Elvarl Hair Artistry for the first time as I recently moved interstate and was looking for a new hairdresser. I picked this hair salon after reading the glowing reviews. I booked in to see Amy who did not disappoint! Amy exceeded my expectations and I feel so lucky to have found my forever hairdresser the first go! I enjoyed a coffee whilst I had my hair done, followed by a massage in the massage chair at the basin. It’s the little things. 5 stars to Elvarl hair and Amy! P.s my hair looks amazing!

I needed my balayage done again (colour wasn't what I hoped for) and Jess explained how she would fix it by showing me colour samples and pictures. I left feeling much more confident knowing they knew exactly what I wanted. It turned out how she explained.
I have never felt more relaxed or pampered in any other hairdresser! Massage chairs and a full menu to choose from for free while I got my hair done.
A bit pricey ($70 short hair cut or $90 long hair cut) but you are paying for the best quality around Brisbane! Worth every dollar.

I've been to Elvarl four times now, the staff are the friendliest and the most beautiful people I have ever met. Emily has done my hair each time and it's the first time in my 78 years that I have loved how I look. Even my husband, who hardly ever compliments,😂 said how lovely my hair looks. I will never go anywhere else, and can't praise Meg and her staff enough. Thank you for making an old lady happy 😊

What a great salon!! The extremely friendly staff, Very knowledgeable on hair styles and techniques to cut your hair to perfection. Along with a lovely complimentary menu to help you enjoy the experience even more. I couldn't be happier with Amy.
