Booked in for a 10am appt and just wanted a trim and to have my undercut reshaved. Was told when I arrived that they can’t do that and the only package they can offer was a $92 package that includes a wash and blow dry. I asked if there was any simpler deal as I don’t need my hair washed or dried and was told they could just leave out the wash but would still have to charge the full price. Can’t believe a hairdresser can’t just offer to cut my hair and let me go! I went to another stefans just a month ago and they were able to provide me with the simple cut and shave I wanted. I walked

Got my hair coloured and styled. They were late and overbooked but I was happy with end result. Washed my hair at home for the first time today. The colour ran out and is now all over my very expensive white sheets! I paid $189 for colour that runs when even a $10 box from the supermarket doesn’t do that. And now my pillowcase is destroyed. Do yourself a favour and avoid! No warning from stylist that would happen and I paid for a perm colour!

I've never left a bad review before but this experience was quite uncomfortable. I think my main issue was with the hairdresser (unfortunately can't remember her name). Right from the beginning I felt very judged by the hairdresser regarding my hair. She also was not friendly at all and pretty much didn't talk to me the whole time. I also asked for layers which she immediately shut down even though I've never had issues with layering before. She also made me feel bad about my hair being dry and basically shoved expensive products in my face. She then made me feel bad that I didn't want to buy them

I had my hair done last night here for the first time and love it. Zach is really thorough and did a superb job. He gave me so many tips and made my hair feel amazing. He has done my daughters hair also and that experience was wonderful too. I was there for three hours, but it didn’t feel like that as I was having such a good time! It was worth it for the end result also. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Stefan store.

Firstly, my hair came out fine, but the way I was treated at the salon is the reason for my review. I came in wanting an on scalp bleach for roughly 7 weeks regrowth. My hair doesn’t grow fast so the regrowth was not bad at all. I was immediately judged due to the time and not the actual amount of regrowth I had. Three stylists came over to judge and criticise before they would ‘accept’ to do my hair, which instantly made me feel awful. I asked if it was possible to pull it through to my ends to lighten and again had three stylists judging my hair and products I use in quite a rude way making
