Wow! What a coincidence , I chose to switch optometrists to this one from Sigo eyecare and the same optical dispenser Ian was working. The shop assistant Ian was very patient and helpful when helping me choose the right frames for me. As well as volunteering to show me demonstrations of the polarized and photochromatic lenses, made for a very good experience :)

I went back to OW Westfield carousel and served by Bernadette both times. Wonderful staff you have here. She attended to my needs and let me know how the multi focal works. She is very patient while serving me as my sunnies frames needs replacing and some effort to pop the lenses on. My multi focal will have lens replaced with no question asked. Bernadette is very friendly, detailed and has a happy disposition. Such a pleasure to be served by her. OW has many modern and fashionable frames with different design that suits different face shape. The 3D nose pad design props up very well as I have

I had heard many great stories coming from the service at this branch & I'm happy to say they were true. The Assistant Manager Rachael as well as the great staff on hand helped me find the right pairs of new & intricate designs that I can use for any occasion. Even amidst a busy rush of people I was still given all the time I needed to make the right decision for me & look forward to testing out the blue light filter on my glasses compared to my old pair. Would definitely return, 5/5.

Oscar Wylee is one of the stores that I constantly find myself returning to. Their outstanding customer service is what separates this store from others. Bernadette the store manager always finds a way to engage with customers and make them feel at home. Their glasses are worth the prices that they offer. The staff ar the Carousel store are terrific. Chris and Bernadette were great, very helpful. I bought 2 pairs of multifocals, one being sunglasses. The Sunglasses are good but I'm still having trouble with the other glasses, even after Chris got new lenses for them. They just don't fit well. I'm forever lifting them up so I can see and I'm also forever cleaning them. I just feel the lenses are of a poor quality.
