Life happens and we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. However, as a small business we rely on having our clients turn up to their booked appointment. When you book an appointment with About Face, we set that time and stylist/therapist aside just for you.
If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts on us significantly and inconveniences the many other clients that have been turned away because we were fully booked.We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule you appointment. To find a business that truly excels in their industry is a rarity, and Camden is lucky enough to have such a place! Yes, all of the staff are lovely and welcoming but not only that, they are also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I always look forward to walking through their door BUT I much prefer walking out... feeling and looking amazing! would recommend to anyone looking for that high end salon experience.
