Highly recommend this place. Usha is the one who look after me, shes the BEST! Light handed, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and she will inform you of what she will do, which is a good thing makes u feel at ease and respected. I was there on Wednesday staff were not wearing masks, did not ask for covid vaccination certificate, didn’t wipe chair down after previous customers and lastly didn’t check customers were signing in with QR code’s!Really risky place to go as you they aren’t ensuring there safety of customers or following government requirements at all while I was there anyway!

I got my eyebrows waxed last week and I was really impressed by how fast and well she did it.
I came back to get a Brazillian wax today and Usha was amazing. She asked if I was okay with letting a trainee watch, and I was okay with that. I am even more impressed because Usha was such a great teacher to the young girl and I can tell she is really experienced and knowledgeable. They were very professional the entire time and made me feel comfortable.

Done my eyebrows for my wedding 3 years ago for the first time & never tried anywhere else after that. The whole team is so experienced & very professional. I’ve been seeing Usha for quite some time now, & I refuse to go elsewhere. This woman works with such professionalism & is highly experienced in her field. I first came to her when I was scared of getting a lash lift, as they’d been botched the previous time I had them done by someone at Blacktown. She took such care & precision with my lashes, & did everything specifically to my shape & type of lash. I was so happy, they came out perfect & lasted so long. The beautician that helped me with eyebrow threading was so gentle and thorough. She was checking with me all along the way and offered aloe vera after I was done as my skin gets noticeably irritated. Honestly best service I've received for brow threading in the area. I definitely would come back and happy to recommend anyone who is looking for a new place.
