We use the latest state of the art concrete grinding and polishing equipment to ensure our floor finishes are of the highest quality. The PG 820 is the largest in the range of surface preparation and finishing machines. Equipped with Dual Drive Technology the PG 820 is among the market's most powerful and efficent machines.
Nil exposure to full exposure. Motley in colour and look, easy to live with and maintain, very popular as it has much character. Exposure rate of aggregate depends on the condition of the slab. Typical warehouse finish. Ideal for older slabs that are susceptible to staining, cracking and other blemishes that have appeared over the years.
We can achieve a granite bench top like finish on the floor without using coatings or topical sealers. A CCC Polished Concrete floor eliminates the need for the floor to be refinished with a sealer every few years. This has nothing to do with paint coatings or sealers but is more like a polished gem stone finish.
This finish is absolutely beautiful however one must keep in mind that the evenness of the exposed aggregate and stone patterns that emerge are totally reliant upon the quality of the slab. Full exposure can be achieved with a remarkable consistency of aggregate density if the slab is prepared by an experienced concreter who understands the finishing required.

The service was magnificent from the CEO to the Project and office manager and their courteous experienced polishers - just perfect! We could not be happier with the service provided, from the very beginning when Rick assessed the floor to the end product - we were even educated on how to look after our polished concrete! The slab we had polished is approx 60 yrs old and had a mixture of floor coverings over the years. The final result was way beyond our expectations, the knowledge and experience really shows in the quality and workmanship of the finished product. All in all, a fantastic experience
