A budget-friendly floor finish and a great alternative for garages and outdoor areas. GrindWorks recommends a non slip sealer additive to high weather areas, depending on your needs. We offer a range of solvent or water based sealers, with varying degrees of durability and uv stability. A sealed floor is easy to maintain, however depending on traffic a sealed floor will always require a re-seal.
Through a series of finer grit diamonds ensures the removal of scratches and the concrete is then ready to be "Acid Etched". A 50% Hydrochloric Acid and 50% water mix is broomed around evenly allowing the concrete to be "Etched" around the stone offering a flat under foot, non-slip finish ideal for driveways, swimming pools and outdoor entertaining areas.

Joe recently completed our job at my Anytime Fitness club. Grindworks are true professionals. Our club looks amazing and Joe has a no fuss attitude, turns up early, gets stuck in and doesn’t muck around.
Working with Grindworks was refreshing. Through my project we had people not turn up, leave without warning and delay our timeline. Not Grindworks though. Completed on time and slightly less than quoted!

We are a quality building company that was asked to produce a polished concrete slab for a new house we were building .Never having worked with polished concrete before we engaged Grindworks and Joe to guide us through the process. Joe was excellent and easy to deal with though out the job. The client paid extra in the stone mix from the concrete company and when polished by Grindworks the mix and finish didn’t disappoint. Quality workmanship with great knowledge of his work. We will be using Grindworks and Joe on all future projects. Thanks Mark
