Ive always have phone consultation with my doctor. She calls me 1 hour later of my appointment. Last time was 40 mins late. I was really sick and needed my prescription for my medication asap at night. I've never waited that long when I come to the place.
Did she always forget my appointment or keep postponing my appointment and see the patients at the clinic? Is priority?

I will never return to this clinic. Dr Chowdhury is a lovely GP but Dr Fiona Roberts....avoid. So disrespectful and rude to patients, she alone puts me off returning to this clinic. Completely tactless. She asked irrelevant and inappropriate questions. She was rude to the staff as well, in front of patients. Not a good look.

I just wanted to extend a special thanks to Dr Ken for helping me get through my Covid Vax so quickly last week. I am quite badly fearful and reactive to needles.... with a very strong fight or flight response.... and he handled it like an absolute pro. Also, I must say that every Dr I have dealt with so far at FFMC are excellent to deal with and I highly recommend this practice.

I see Dr Maged, who I highly recommend, he is so kind and patient and really takes the time to find out what’s going on. I’ve also seen dr Ken whom is just as lovely, both are really lively with my kids. I have seen a female doctor at the Fairfield clinic whom I would not recommend but these two are amazing!

Come to see a doctor but refuse to see as I have seen a different doctor in same clinic before and took her time to read all notes as she getting paid for 20 min only. Even with phone consultation same careless and mean attitude. Selfish bulk bill doctor with no duty of care and sympathy what so ever, seeing 10 patient an hours to make there money

What a fantastic medical Center friendly doctors and many other services for any problems that happen thy treat all. Kinds of people from many country’s no discrimination thy try and fit you into for an appointment when ever there is an opening so I would recommend there services to any one So just call and make that appointment
