I went to Vie postpartum of my first child with PGP, Aoibhin and her team transformed my movements within a few sessions. On my 2nd child I developed PGP very early on in my pregnancy and after contacting Vie they set out a clear plan for my pregnancy with exercises and physio. I highly recommend making an appointment with Vie if you have any issues.

Cannot recommend the team in Vie Physio enough. I was nervous arriving but Aoibhin was so professional, she immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgable and prescribes a very achievable exercise program. The results have been excellent, even in a short time. If you are post baby and considering a pelvic physio, I think Vie must be one of the best.

I attended Aoibhinn throughout my pregnancy and felt I gained such understanding about my pelvic floor and what issues I could work on to enhance my birth experience. All the work I did with Aoibhinn led me to a very positive birth experience. I then returned for the Mummy MOT and felt I was thoroughly but comfortably checked. It made me feel so reassured as my postnatal checkup with consultant was very quick. She was great for showing me how I can modify my exercise in my postnatal period etc. I think pelvic floor health is crucial for women but is unfortunately often neglected. I would definitely

I had my Mammy MOT with Aoibhin yesterday and it was an excellent appointment. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with what might be difficult conversations. She was very thorough in her approach. I felt listened to and she addressed all of my problems. My appointment was pain free and I left feeling much better physically but also emotionally as a first time mammy and I left with a plan. I immediately contacted my sisters and friends and highly recommended her and the appointment.

If you want to be taken care of in a totally understanding empathetic manner for your female physio needs this is the place to go.
I attended Caroline and her care, respect and diligence during and between appointments was genuinely second to none.
The secretary was also outstanding.
I would highly recommend Vie physio.

Making an appointment with VIE was the best decision I made for me after having our baby. Aoibhin was so thorough and the whole experience was really relaxed. I gained some great information and was given exercises to make me stronger and help me achieve my goals. Every woman should make an appointment here, highly recommended
