With a relaxed approach and experience in a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including Acceptance and Committment therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches.
NOTE: Tertiary Students and Concession Card Holders may be eligible for a discounted fee or may be eligible for access to funded sessions through Psychological Therapy Services (Funded by the Primary Health Network).
