Always find some negative reviews from tennants but I was a landlord with them for about 4 years and battled with them the whole time. Didn't respond to emails, (twice they changed my agent because of this), recommended no annual rent increase but then couldn't justify why, forgot? to even do a rent increase one year and then the company had to pay my lost rent. Claimed I had to prove that the damage to the premises was personally done by the tennat to claim on the bond when the tennant vacated, ( they eventually paid) and just downright lied to me about their correspondance with tennant. I have been renting a property through Toop&Toop for the last two years. They are professional and equally care about landlord/property and tenant's needs. My agent is Jen Coulls. I also have corresponded or spoken over the phone to other members of the team with equal satisfaction. Moreover, their property maintanance team is responsive, skilfull and professional. Extremely satisfactory experience. Could not reccomend this branch more to landlords and tenants alike.

This is my first time with Toop & Toop and they are by far the best real estate agents I've ever been with. I recently locked myself out of my property and they went above and beyond to help me gain access again. They are friendly and supportive and I'm lucky be renting from them!

Julie Zanes was the best communicator!! We were amazed that she replied to our enquires quickly and was very helpful. If i was s seller, I’d be happy she’s doing her job to find buyers!! Never had this experience with any other agent while we’ve been looking for a house

Ripped off by these Real Estate Agents. I bought a property through them and continued with the them managing the Residential Tenancy Agreement that was in place. When the tenancy agreement ended they charged me about $160 to prepare the final Invoice. Dishonest as hell. Stay away from them. They promote themselves well but only look after their big money clients. Really annoyed and would never recommend them to anyone.

Less than one star really, “they don’t care” responding to their property issues and fixing them are the last important things in there way. I have found wall noises a few months later of rent probably animals!! Also, other issues such as roof lakes, tap lakes and electricity clashes. Long story of issues and emailed, phoned and visited them are what happened for explaining. for instance, I run away from that house in 2018 and I haven’t received a release letter yet? While they had received all legal money Imagine!!

Last weekend I rated this company 5 starts. However this week we had issues with a smoke alarm that was going off constantly. The matter was not attended to as I had hoped causing me a huge lack of sleep and stress while I had to deal with the matter myself. Fortunately I had gotten advice from Consumer Affairs. I am yet to find a real estate agent that is worthy of a tenants 5 stars.

Too bad there is not an option for a zero star.
This agency has a very high staff turnover rate, which should be a red flag to anybody considering using them for rent or, lease.
We were a $850 a week tenant with them for almost four years, and have been treated extremely unprofessionally.
We are property owners in WA and QLD, having experiences from both sides of leasing and with different agencies.
- when we first moved in the property was dirty, that should have been a warning for us.
- the agent you deal with is not the one selling you the rental.
- we have had more than four property managers

We rented a three bed house from toop & toop while looking for a place to buy. As noted by some other reviews, things were fine until we were on a situation of having to break our lease.. The marketing of our property after the end of our lease was not active and consequently, it took them notably longer than it should have done to lease the house forward. We found the junior agent at toop & toop rentals to be rude and argumentative in her communications. Overall the communication was very poor, which ended up resulting in excess costs to us trough misleading information.. At one stage

By all means let this not be a reflection upon the entire business, but for my first time entering into the real estate market, my experience has been nothing but an utter disappointment, leaving me completely mortified that this is an acceptable business practice.
One would think that if you wanted to buy a home, that your first step would be to contact the real estate agent involved with the property, and that from there, they would assist you through the entire process. You would think that it would be in the best interests of the real estate agent to try and sell you

Toop and toop are the worst property managers of all time.
I have just completed the final ordeal with this incompetent company where by they actually failed to secure the property after entering the property during an inspection when I was not present. After 3 times and 3 assurances from 3 different incompetent staff members I had to leave as there is no trust in a company that fails to lock the door after you leave! And even worse, they sabotaged any chance fob me trying to find another rental property to stay in.
All I can say is this - if you are a renter, NEVER USE TOOP & TOOP. They

You know what? I used to work at a Real Estate agency, and I hated every second of it. But it means that I have a background knowledge of what goes on as property managers and I know that they can get pulled in a million different directions trying to please everyone and manage all kinds of different situations.

I've dealt with MANY real estate agents in Adelaide, and these guys have been the worst so far. I guess real estate agents are real estate agents, blood suckers.
These guys seem to have forgotten that even though it is the landlords who pay them, tenants are their customers to.
I rented a a little single room unit in Norwood through Toop & Toop.
Everything was relatively similar to most real estate agencies, the bureaucracy and red tape, the false sense of care, but aside from this I never really ran into trouble until I wanted to prematurely terminate my lease.

Renting blows. We all know it. But Toop & Toop are probably the best real estate agents I've dealt with in my time as a renter.
We found a gorge place we loved Norwood in Norwood and dealt with these agents from application process onwards. I played super hard ball and even managed to talk them down from the asking price, hehehe. During all the time afterwards they were friendly, polite and responsive. Whenever we called we either got through to our agent or had a fast reply. They're professional - and have nice offices too!
The only time I wasn't 100% happy was when the owners

Due to a relocation from the other side of town, when I moved into my new unit with a friend we began dealing with Toop and Toop in regards to our rental property. Toop and Toop have a well known reputation and are respected within the real estate industry in Adelaide as one of the best.
We have had to deal with them several times, most of which have been positive experiences. They are easily contactable and on the couple of occasions I rang to talk to our agent who was out at the time, she called back as soon as she was able to and was helpful in her advice.
