I was extremely disappointed in the service and attitude. My elderly father prior to COVID presented at the Serenergy Massage with a $250 gift certificate a few weeks after Christmas 2019 that he had received as a Christmas present the year before (2018). He was told he was a couple of weeks over the expiry date and he could not use the certificate. He explained that he had been having chemo treatment for a large part of that year for cancer which had only recently stopped and he was finally in remission. This was a very difficult year and hard for him to discuss. He asked the management to please

The owner would not honour in Feb 2021 the full value of a gift voucher for one hour massage purchased in Jan 2019 because technically it expired a year later. As explained, because of moving home in 2019 and the pandemic in 2020, I would have otherwise redeemed it earlier. After much discussion and 45 minutes past my appointment time, the owner finally offered a 30 minute massage instead but I would have to pay an extra half hour price of $50 if I wanted an hour. They also said prices had risen and so I offered to pay the difference between the one hour price in 2019 ($75) and now ($80) but that
